Although to get there you need a vehicle, the house is in an ideal place.
You will find it about 25 minutes by car from Spezia.
Upon arrival Diego will welcome you. Stay tuned for his explanations why he will recommend visits and facilitate how to get to each town by saving you money in parking, as well as instructing you how to get around by public transport.
We arrived with the idea of visiting the most touristic of the Cinqueterre and Diego discovered some different places that, in our review, have nothing to envy Monterosso and Vernaza.
Don't miss Portovenere and Lerici.
In the restaurant of the house Carlo waits for you with homemade food and all its kindness.

Beau appartement dans belle bâtisse proche de la Spezia

Un séjour agréable au milieu de la nature et au calme , nous avons été reçu par Diego , il nous a fait une explication très détaillée des choses à faire avec des petites astuces pour éviter les désagréments d’un touriste , il est intarissable sur son amour de sa région , très à l’écoute de toutes nos attentes , petit déjeuner pris au restaurant qui fait partie de cette belle bâtisse est tenu par Carlo avec un bon menu a 18 € a réserver la veille ,les appartements sont très agréable refait de neuf ainsi que la salle de bain , je le conseille vivement …… Merci à Diego pour son humour, sa gentillesse et sa bonne humeur !

Abbiamo soggiornato a casa Chiocconi, per il ponte del 2 giugno.
Diego, il proprietario, è un ottimo padrone di casa.
Gentile cordiale, e simpatico, ci ha fatto anche da complice, per organizzare una sorpresa, all amica neo cinquantenne.
Camere, spaziose, pulite, ogniuna con un suo stile.
Bagni nuovi,belli, e con box doccia ampio (no tenda di plastica)
Letto comodo.
Immerso nel verde, ma zanzariere a tutte le finestre.
Consigliatissimo.
Un po' fuori mano ma comodo per raggiungere diverse destinazioni.
Bonus.il cane di paese,Travis, verrà a farvi visita

Conosciuto attraverso internet, lo consigliamo come punto d'appoggio per visitare le vicine Cinque Terre. Proprietario molto ospitale e disponibile per consigli riguardanti le zone più interessanti da visitare, struttura nuova, molto accogliente, pulita e tranquilla. I ristorante adiacente la struttura offre la possibilità di assaggiare piatti tipici. Lo consigliamo!
