Great structure

Great facility, helpful and friendly staff, Top entertainment and always smiling, invite you and entice you to participate in their activities, great food. Its location is well connected to the village and 15 minutes from the slopes. I will return.

Acceptable

Hotel that could have potential but unfortunately is not exploited to the maximum shame because the location for those who love skiing is excellent between Ovindoli and Campo felice.
Maybe for two days it could be fine but no more.
The pool inside is one of the most beautiful things because after a day spent skiing a nice swim with hot water is really good.
For the rest, nothing much.

Recommended for the weekend

We stayed for the weekend at the end of January with the family. We enjoyed that our room was large as it consists of two communicating rooms and a bathroom. The plus of the hotel for us 'was the swimming pool for free use for customers. Average catering, good breakfast. A renovation should be planned to shine like a true 4-star hotel. We recommend it for the weekend.

Lights and shadows

My daughter and I stayed here with friends on New Year's Eve.
Starting from the positive things: friendly staff, especially the very nice and welcoming miniclub girl, the gentleman who makes piano bar very good and engaging. The New Year's Eve was very nice, well organized and fun for both adults and children. You ate well, which is not obvious on New Year's Eve. In general the food is good.
Sore notes: the whole hotel has remained in the 70s, and you can stay in the common areas but the rooms are not, those are dilapidated. Uncomfortable beds creaking, worn furniture, the bathroom we don't talk about, reminded me of my grandmother's in the country. The four stars must have been taken thirty years ago .. the pool is cold, we tried and escaped. If you raise it they tell you it's at 30 degrees and by law they can't raise the temperature... whatever but it's cold almost a punishment.
Breakfast: ends at 9:30 and if you arrive at 9:15 there is nothing left and if you try to ask they answer you wrong says “eh madam it’s after 9 “.. but it’s not so if breakfast is within a certain time there must be food for everyone until the end in my opinion .. some very nice waiters (like the Cuban guy) but others very grumpy (a certain Victoria more acidic than yogurt) but I realize that they worked really hard in those days. If there had not been a positive New Year's Eve I would have given two stars, honestly the rooms are impossible. I noticed however that throughout the area they do not invest and it seems to take a dip in the 70s almost everywhere .. asking very high prices .. I do not think we will return, too bad!

Snowy mountains near Rome

we were in Rome and we decided to see the snow in the mountains. We made the hotel reservation and took a train to Avezzano and then a bus to Rocca di Mezzo. In two hours we arrived at the hotel. In the morning we walked to the city (which does not offer anything in particular), we returned to Rome at 3 pm.
