You go back to where you feel good

Meanwhile, thank you always to welcome us with our 2 Newfoundland dogs. for us you are unique, for hospitality, kindness, general cleanliness, breakfast unique in its kind and then I do not leave out dinner, perfect service, young and not, congratulations. Even a simple pinzimonio served impeccably, I would like to say something else but I leave you a bit of curiosity... Thank you staff, everything

The receptionist took them with a handkerchief making them fall into my bed, it is not 4 stars I assure you, they will have given themselves

siamo molto dispiaciuti che il soggiorno non sia stato di suo gradimento.
Ci teniamo a precisare che può occasionalmente capitare che insetti come le cimici entrino nelle camere, specialmente se l’ ospite lascia le finestre aperte.
Comprendiamo però che questo possa aver causato disagio, e per questo ci scusiamo profondamente.
I nostri Collaboratori si sono immediatamente prodigati a toglierle la cimice che la finestra aperta aveva fatto entrare ma non ci risulta che sia cascata da nessuna parte se non nel fazzolettino dell’addetto.
Per quanto riguarda i lavori notturni, onestamente non capiamo a cosa si riferisca, non abbiamo mai effettuato lavori durante la notte.
Ribadiamo il nostro dispiacere per il disagio da Lei sofferto, ma pensiamo di aver fatto tutto il possibile per risolvere la problematica che non poteva essere da noi prevenuta in alcun modo qualora le finestre vengono lasciate aperte.

Lovely hotel, wonderful staff!

This was our fourth stay at the Christofero Colombo and we wouldn't hesitate to return. The hotel itself is spotless and a very high standard, convenient for the Ancona ferry to Patras. However, what makes it really special is the staff, all of whom are friendly, efficient and welcoming. On our last stay we managed to jam our car's bumper into the trailer hook, resulting in a bevy of workers from the kitchen and reception coming to help us and lift the car to free it. All of this was done late at night with immense good humour and kindness. It was really more than we had any right to expect and we were touched and very grateful for the help we got from such lovely people.

I stayed one night, rooms to be heavily renovated, the hotel is (perhaps) a three star, certainly not a four. It is saved for the great courtesy of the staff and for the restaurant connected to the same, very interesting.
Fair price but in line with the offer.

On the route of Christopher Columbus

Stopped in Ancona because tired, I found this hotel on the maps and doubtful I relied on it: at the start the day I was rested and refreshed, resuming the route decidedly satisfied. All at a very good price.
