Excellent stay! The location was perfect, and the staff was very attentive. We stayed in a corner junior suite, which was incredibly spacious. Highly recommend!

The hotel was super good and in a great position. I had a fun check in as they gave me a room which wasn’t clean, then I had to wait for another one to be available. I have used their laundry service and they lost my pj which was found the day after. I would expect a bit of discount for the incovenience on this but nothing.

Room was renovated but shower head and doors condition was needed repaired.
Bathroom door bottom was of painted and the entrance door of the room was stacked on the half way opened.
Bed pillows are not good neither, so I hardly could sleep.

Wonderful!

Finally a place worthy of being called a luxury hotel has arrived in Milan. All environments super nice Plein style, attentive service and never invasive. I can’t wait to stay and recommend it to all my friends!
