My holiday sea view ️

I wanted to tell my holiday in this hotel on the seafront of the gardens of Naxos, I had a nice room with a terrace overlooking the sea with a wonderful view the room had a newly renovated bathroom, attention to detail , breakfast and dinner acceptable with 3 menus ‘choice and buffet of side dishes , considering what I spent , I can not complain , because in the area there are many hotels, but with much higher prices .
The nice thing about this hotel is its promenade that in the evening is closed to traffic and becomes a pedestrian area and allows you to walk pleasantly with children among shops, ice cream parlors and clubs with typical cuisine. For young people who are looking for fun every night in front of the hotel beach parties are organized. Where you can dance until late at night

It really is as bad as some reviews say

A poor choice. Dilapidated rooms begging for an upgrade. Hotel surrounded on all sides by traffic noise. Dreadful breakfast. Please do not support hotels whose managment are running them into the ground like this. It's a disgrace. Look elsewhere.

Never ever again.
Good location is only one good thing there.
What wrong ?
Breakfast - each day same - weak, old bread. 8AM - nothing to eat - missing food, no vegetables, rotten fruit
Staff - boring by work, one guy is nice
Very old furniture (min 30 years)
Dirty hall
Lobby bar - missing staff
Parking - payed 10€/night
Beach - payed 18€/ person/ day
Most expensive drinks in whole Sicily. We stayed there 8 days/ 8 different places.
Discotheque in front of hotel 100 m - no possible to sleep

Zero reception

That's bad!
They refused me an apple at 09.34.
I was in the breakfast room, the waiters picked up the fruit. I went in front of the kitchen and politely asked for an apple since they had picked them up. A waiter with an apple basket by his side said no! We are closed!!!... I asked him for excuses but he just has to reach out... he answered we are closed and she can not stay here!
Just a simple attitude so rude and rude to make you forget the sea view room and the renovated bathroom.
We advise against customers
And I advise owners to explain the concept of hospitality to their employee.

Hotel acceptable

Hotel in Giardine Naxos, where we stopped for one night. The place does not kill, although the views from the beach are spectacular, and if the day is clear and without mist you can see the peninsula of Italy. We came late and left early. There are restaurants nearby, Sicilian and home-cooked food, which are located on the 1st coastline, leaving the hotel on the right sidewalk. As for the hotel, the room acceptable, although, the shower tray, as in the other hotels of the same category, tiny. The breakfast more than acceptable and the service, both dining and reception, pleasant, without complaints. Eye with the fridge, I had to unplug it, because apart from being empty, it was very hot, burning, radiating a lot of heat. From the room, if you've been given it in the back, you can see the etna perfectly. Good place, no negative opinion, but also no praise.
