Really comfortable, clean room and very helpful staff. Really close to all the sights but quiet at night for a good night's sleep. Breakfast with a wonderful view definitely a highlight.

Could not wait to leave
Stayed here as part of a group tour. City center hotel location could not have been better. However, I would not recommend. The heavy fragrance they pumped in could not cover a sewer smell. Probably most disturbing was the cleanliness of the hotel room. There was dust, hair and dirt on surfaces. The bathroom was one of the grossest in a hotel I have stayed at. The toilet seat was broken. I wore my shower shoes when I went in the tub. Overall, could not wait to leave.

Great location!
We had a great week-long stay here. The location/price and size of room (3 adults) were all great. The staff were very friendly and responsive. The hotel was pretty quiet even when fully booked on the weekend. Servers at breakfast saw me enter and made my cappuccino and then 1 to go when leaving! My only suggestions are that an additional mirror be placed in a room for three people because that means more bathroom sharing and changing up breakfast would be appreciated.

Oltano Alternative
Excellently located hotel at the corner of the Ponte Vecchio and an easy walk to all the major sites and museums. Borgo San Jacobo is an interesting street of small restaurants and antique and other shops. Comfortable hotel with a top floor restaurant for breakfast and evenings with a bar and limited menu. Good value.

Enjoyable stay
The staff were all very helpful. It made staying in a foreign hotel a lot easier and enjoyable. Thank you all. The only problem was the noise from the street outside. We were on the third floor; but the noise was still very loud!
