Opportunities to consider...
Central location but at the same time quiet and quiet night. Exquisitely kind and helpful staff. Single room a little dated and cramped but manageable also with attached bicycle, air conditioning ok, comfortable bed, clean bathroom.
Highlight the breakfast, rich, hearty and possibility to make sandwiches for lunch, which as a cyclist is the top, and even containers for takeaway fruit, I think more can not be expected, so I will definitely be back!!

Recommended
Property in a great location, located in the center of Marina di Campo, close to any type of service. It has ample parking, accessible at any time. The staff is really very kind, and attentive to the needs of guests. Our room was modest, both as spaces and decor, but still clean. Excellent point: continental breakfast is available on site, with the possibility to prepare a packed lunch as hotel policy.

We spent a week in this hotel run by nice people and especially very welcoming and helpful for any request. Comfortable and clean room, with large terrace with attached table and deckchairs with drying rack we took a triple superior. Great breakfast, very varied with possibility to prepare packed lunch. Great central location in Marina di Campo for any need, with covered parking attached for the car. What to say a great week.

Comfortable.. functional and close to the sea..
I gave 4 stars overall from the ratings provided by this property.. even if very dated from the 70s.. still clean, very spartan but functional rooms. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property, good private parking with automatic gate and monitored by a very welcome camera, obviously included in the price. A shower that works wonderfully even if in 70s style.. silent rooms.. and lift.. now there were two of us in November, neither breakfast nor refreshment was provided.. but like an adjacent bar that with a few euros you get a decent breakfast!! In front of the hotel there is the headquarters of the municipal police and the center is all limited traffic with various restaurants and pubs.. in November only one was open, the Cantuccio I recommend it!! The hotel manager is an attentive, fussy and nice person!! Changing sheets and cleaning rooms in the morning really quick.. Portoferraio is 35 minutes away.. we spent 80 euros per night in November.. try it in the summer because there is the sea 700 meters away..

Excellent location, hotel with a lot of potential but poor services, old rooms, tinsel everywhere that attract dust and dirt. Just enough hygiene. We left just to have breakfast and when we returned, after half an hour, the room had already been cleaned... Obviously only the beds had been made and the linen changed. Very expensive breakfast (11 euros). I advise the owners to be a little more courteous. After just one minute of arriving they asked us for the balance of our stay. And it was the third time they returned in the company of friends who have been coming here for many years and several times during the year. Something that has never happened in any hotel in the world. We won't be returning. It's a shame because the structure as a whole deserves much more attention.
