Excellent value for money. Comfortable beds and very spacious apartments. Generally quite clean. Very quiet location off the main street but so close to good restaurants and shops

TERRIBLE MANAGER

Was called “ dishonest “ by the manager & then called ******** Aussie !
I was disappointed in the managers attitude after only being there 2 hours apparently you can’t bring your friends for a swim ( my friends were 6 kids from a local orphanage ( 5th time I have stayed and always met up with the orphanage supervisor & 6 of the kids there when I check in ) I will never go back ! Was refused a refund ! Manager has a terrible attitude- room is very small & over the last year has deteriorated !
I have taken these kids to over 30 hotels & villas over the last 2 years and.never had a problem! Maybe as it’s only a 3 star hotel with a 1 star manager ! Some of the other hotels have given the kids drinks & snacks ! Even the Mulia Hotel pool manager bought out the pool toys did the kids to play with !
This manager has a poor attitude which explains why the property has run down over the last year or so -
Would not recommend this place until they replace the manager !

Bali Yarra Villas - Not Up To The Standard/Maintenance It Used To Be, but great helpful Staff!

The staff; Wayan, Made and Agung were always friendly, helpful and look after the property with the tools that had to work with. Unfortunately, Yarra Villas have not been maintained as they used to be. We have stayed numerous times and found that the rooms interior and the exteriors have been very neglected. The pool tiles are chipped. There were no umbrellas around the pool, no shade in the hot Bali sun. The linen and towels are stained, cupboards chipped. Furniture old and run down. The hotel guest policies were not always adhered to; guests would have friends come in at night and use the pool after hours, drinking outside and making noise and it seems they have certain guests with long term occupancy.

Stay in room that had mold in fridge shower screen dirty soap scrum on soap containers towels hard and dirty will never stay th

Will not stay there again place was dirty mold in fridge suppose to stay 7 days could only stay 1 place made me feel sick stay there 7 years ago it was clean then not now complain to manager he said we could have another room at a extra cost no thank you

Villa in Seminyak , central, spacious and quiet

The staff were friendly and always available to help meet any requests. The villa was clean and spacious and great value for money. The location was in central in Seminyak (right behind Bintang supermarket) all amenities, nearby and cafes were in walking distance. The villa was so quiet and we were lucky enough to have the pool to ourselves our whole stay. We had staff organise having our washing done and delivered to our room.
