Unhygienic mosquito infested property and unsafe hotel
I had made a reservation for 23Aug 24 after looking at the pictures online and trust me i was disappointed to see the property as i reached there.
It is a MOSQUITO INFESTED shady place. The toilet was not clean.
If you are looking for dengue and stained bedsheets please go ahead.
The staff does not have decency to talk to you.
I reached the place early morning and also requested for the same 2 days prior to my check-in. Nobody at reservation desk had the decency to answer the call or callback.
The staff was drunk including the security guard. Whenever you call them and IF THEY ANSWER then you will hear someone drunk answering the call.
I immediately moved to different hotel as i didn’t feel safe and the place was unhygienic.
I requested for a refund of my deposit but they are delaying it on purpose stating back office who handles the finances are not answering the call. 1 star rating for the property is also too high.
If the OWNERS really do care about the customers and the hotel then take an action on this and the staff. If need then the reservation desk have my contact number.
I want my deposit refunded.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY
No Water in the Morning: We woke up to discover there was no water because the guard forgot to turn on the motor. After hours of waiting, water finally came, but there was no hot water even after waiting another hour. Completely unacceptable.
Horrible Linen: The room linens were disgusting—stained and unhygienic. When we requested a change, the staff outright refused, claiming, "All the linens are like that; we can’t change it just because you didn’t like it." Shocking attitude!
Rude and Threatening Staff: The staff was beyond rude, dismissing all our complaints. To make matters worse, after numerous complaints, one of them even threatened to hit a family member! Absolutely appalling behavior.
Owner Justified Their Actions: Instead of addressing the issues, the owner defended the staff's behavior, adding insult to injury.
If you value your money, peace of mind, and safety, do not book this hotel. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had, and we wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Avoid at all costs!

linen is very bad.
toilet sheet is very bad.
the staff is very egoistic and very rude.
it feels that you are stay for free and they behave like no limit.
i booked for 02 nights.
the room which they give me first that is interconnecting it mean any one can enter any time in to our room.
we are here for peace because we have some medical treatment.
but there is no peace.
when i drop my key and request for room cleaning, when we came back there is huge smell of cigarette.
i mean literally they are jocking with us.
totally u mannered staff, also for the security point of view specially while you are travelling with you partner do choose another properties.
they doesn't give a damn about you.
totally wasted of money.
not at all recommended.
