Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of INR 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Camp Della rooms are situated on a hill. Access to the tents is through stairs. Personal vehicles will not be permitted within the premises. Internal transport will be provided up to the nearest pick up and drop off point. Drivers are not allowed to sleep in the car in the parking lot and drivers’ accommodation is available for an additional cost of INR 2,000 + Taxes per night included breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the designated venue. Driver accommodation would be subject to availability at the time of check-in. Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms post 19.00 hrs. Post 19.00 hrs extra occupant charges would be applicable and the Visitor must register with the front desk with a valid photo ID.
