Average hotel . Average food quality. Don't order tea

Very bizzare experience. Not professional at all. House keeping require reminders for small jobs. I kept my cake in their custody, their staff are it or threw it without my knowledge. Not even apologetic for what they did. Laundry was on time

Worst hotel in Karnal

Recently I went to book a hall for my daughter's birthday party. Initially they promised me a hall with 30-35 people gathering but later they refused. Their staff is not trained enough to communicate properly with customers and are experienced in wasting time of others. Worst experience. Please go only if you want to waste your time and money.

Bad experience

I was invited to this place through some agency named Solebs, with whom they have tied up with for influencer campaign. When I went there with my family, they all kept us waiting, and the lady who was coordinating with me turned off her phone, and the manager at PP High, "Harshit Manchanda," is extremely unpleasant and lacks guest communication skills. I would personally advise you to avoid fraudulent agencies like Solebs. And if somebody decides to go PP High, keep in mind that Harshit, the manager, will not be of assistance.

Extremely disappointing experience and worst behaviour ever expected from a staff of 3 star hotel.

Extremely disappointing experience and worst behaviour ever expected from a “so called” 3 star hotel. The management is unprofessional, the drivers are unexperienced and the staff - specially the general manager - Jitender Rana is adamant, arrogant and does not even believe in guest experience. They can even fight with you on an empty parking space. They were bossy and imperiously insisted to move my car outside their hotel parking and asked to park it in a slum while the most of the parking space was empty.
We belong to the same city and used to visit often here but this audacious behaviour ruined my entire experience and would not recommend the stay or even a 15 minute visit at all!
