Wir bedauern zutiefst, dass wir Sie nicht ganz von uns überzeugen konnten. Unser Empfangspersonal wird regelmäßig geschult, um einen freundlichen und professionellen Service zu gewährleisten. Wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die unangenehme Erfahrung, die Sie gemacht haben. Bezüglich der Reinigung möchten wir erwähnen, dass wir bei Aufenthalten von weniger als 7 Nächten eine optionale kostenpflichtige Reinigung anbieten. Zusätzliche Handtücher und Toilettenartikel sind jederzeit kostenlos an der Rezeption erhältlich. Was die Lage betrifft, so befinden wir uns in der Nähe des Olympiaparks und des BMW Museums, was für viele unserer Gäste von Vorteil ist.

Quiet and friendly staff
We got an upgrade to an apartment.
The rooms are perfectly equipped, clean and in excellent condition.
The lady at check-in named Helga is particularly friendly.
We would really appreciate such a friendly reception and customer service more often.
We really feel comfortable and welcome here.
The breakfast is written on the inside door for 10 euros, but it actually cost 17 euros. Unfortunately a bit too expensive for 17 euros.
Thanks to the helpful and friendly reception from the service-oriented STAFF, we will use this hotel in Munich in the future.

Very comfortable, somewhat remote but with metro close

Nos complace que haya encontrado cómodo nuestro alojamiento y que la cercanía del metro haya sido conveniente para usted. La estación de metro Oberwiesenfeld, a solo 100 metros de distancia, proporciona acceso rápido y sencillo al corazón de Múnich.
En cambio, lamentamos que no haya encontrado suficientes supermercados y opciones de bares y restaurantes en los alrededores. Entendemos que esto puede ser inconveniente y nos disculpamos por cualquier molestia que haya podido ocasionar. Sin embargo, nos gustaría destacar que tenemos un minimercado en el hotel y que el Adagio Shop, ubicado junto a la recepción, ofrece una variedad de productos para aquellos que deseen comprar alimentos y bebidas.
Aún así, nos alegra que haya apreciado la ubicación de nuestro aparthotel. Aunque no estemos en el centro de la ciudad, los huéspedes pueden llegar al centro de Múnich en tan solo 20 minutos mediante el transporte público, lo que permite disfrutar de lo mejor de ambos mundos: la tranquilidad de una zona menos concurrida y la cercanía a las principales atracciones turísticas.

Good budget hotel
The Apartments were well equipped with all that we needed for a short stay and cooking if required.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Big bonus was free Coffee during the day and a supply of Buns and Croissants after breakfast.
The only negative was that the Airconditioning was kept at 27 degrees - which was extremely uncomfortable. Could open the windows as we were then disturbed by the trains running on the track nearby. Finally had to borrow a fan after on sleepless night.
If not for this I would have given a full 10 score.

However, we sincerely apologize that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We regret the discomfort you experienced due to the air conditioning settings. Our standard temperature is typically set lower than 27 degrees, and we offer additional fans or portable heating upon request at our 24-hour reception. Regarding the noise from nearby trains, we understand how this could affect your rest. For future visits, we recommend our courtyard-facing rooms, which tend to be quieter.
Nonetheless, it's wonderful to hear that you appreciated our friendly and helpful staff. We take pride in our team's dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction. The complimentary coffee throughout the day and the provision of buns and croissants after breakfast are services we're glad you enjoyed. These are part of our efforts to enhance our guests' experience beyond the standard amenities.
