Very exellent property including service and tastes of dishes in the restorant and very well location and parking place. I'm really very glad to have opportunity stayed in this hotel.

Nice Inn West of Berlin/Potsdam

Family of three we were given a spacious room with plenty of room. Despite also hosting a wedding we could not hear this as the room was sufficient sound proof.
Parking was available right outside and resonably close to the designer outlet West of Berlin.
Check-out was very easy but the instructions for the selv-service check-in was difficult to understand. However upon takling to the staff we got our key easily.

Reception closed all weekend, sth not informed about when checking in Friday at 18:00!!! Thus we were not able to settle bill in morning B4 leaving. Result: CC used only for guarantee was charged :(
24hrs check-in means automat requiring a pin-code.
Nice room with ok size TV. Lovely surroundings. Clean. Good shower/bathroom. Good breakfast which we were not able to enjoy as didn't start until 08:00 on Sat/Sun (we had to leave at 08:15 to catch a ferry).
No cofffee/tea facility in room.

Very pleasant and quiet

I have stayed here several times on business trips and always enjoy coming back. The hotel is quite out of the way and therefore very quiet. However, the proximity to the motorway means that you can get to other destinations very quickly. The rooms are relatively simple, but nicely furnished and very clean. The quiet location guarantees undisturbed sleep. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection and you can have breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to stay here again in the future.
