Had a great stay at the Best Western. Check in and parking was a breeze. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, clean and felt nice and cozy. 3-5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced.
Fussen is a safe, quiet and picturesque town close to the castles and the Best Western is the place to stay when you are here.
Would definitely stay here again.

There was a fire alarm at 7:20 in the morning. It was deafening loud and ultimately resulted in nothing. However I was outside in the rain for twenty minutes waiting until the firefighters came to shut the alarm.
I get it. It wasn’t there fault. However I think it should have been at least acknowledged at check out. A ‘sorry’ for what happened would have been sufficiente.

Huge room. I has 2 twins and 2 pull out chairs for families. Bathroom also huge. The garage was expensive but I didn’t want to deal with parking. Room has safe. Large walk in shower. Would recommend. 9/10

The check-in staff were quick, friendly, efficient, and there was no wait. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Room was a nice size, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The walk from/to the train station wasn't too bad once we got to know the streets.
