Nice hotel

I wasn’t here for long given a late arrival and fairly early start but experience was good. Check in efficient and quick, room nice and also clean, bar/restaurant good and a nice breakfast.
Staff all friendly and helpful so overall a good experience and I’d stay here again.

Unfortunately very poor service - no feedback

Unfortunately, on my first visit I got a room for wheelchair users (I am not one) despite booking a comfort room.
After complaints in the lobby, this was exchanged, however, it seemed that the staff did not feel like working.
Afterwards I have requested a company invoice waiting 3 weeks in vain and receive no reply!
Sad! As a company, we do without the Leonardo Hotel.

Very satisfied

We really liked it. Very nice staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. The dinner also tasted very good. Everything was very clean and very nicely decorated. There is a garage where you can park for a fee. We will definitely come back.

I enjoyed my stay and hearing the live show that was hosted at the location. Parking can be a bit tight due to how the customers park, however, it is secure and my car wasn't freezing cold after sitting for two days. The breakfast is fresh and, when I dropped an entire container of pepper on my food, they were quick to assist. This is one of my go-to stops when I visit Frankfurt.
