Corrupted vacation and sleep patterns
I genuinely don't understand how the hotel got five stars.
From the downside:
1. The outlet was not working (or rather, after the past guests, half of the plug was sticking out of it, which was quite dangerous, because it is iron and it is energized).
2. Shortage of towels. (Only 2 baths at the time of arrival).
3. A blinking lamp.
4. No noise insulation. There was a door from room to room and you could hear perfectly what was going on behind it. (Neighbors danced, screamed, on the first night until 1 a.m.). You can also hear all the sounds from the street.
I really don't advise anyone who sleeps lightly, it's going to be a problem.
5. There wasn't a man who met to pick up luggage. I was told he must be in five-star hotels.
6. One curtain was broken in the bathroom.
7. No lights on the secondary mirror.
8. Lack of adequate breakfast. It's more like lunch and it's the same all day. There was no variety. I had to go elsewhere.
9. Room location. Technically the sea was visible, but most of it was just construction and the city. (Though they bought with a sea view).
10. There was no spa all day, all the elevators had an announcement that it was closed.
11. One elevator has been out of service for the past few days (i.e. left alone on the 21st or 22nd floors).
12. No safe in the room. When they asked him at reception, they said they'd be fine now. A guy came into the room with the keys, asked where the safe was. And we asked him. He shrugged and left.
13. Instead of a paper menu, the restaurant offers a qr code, required a paper one because the wifi hardly worked and there is no composition on the paper menu (for me, critical because there are food allergies)
14. There's no parking.
15. Staff speak little English.
16. Cleaners arrive before 12 noon (guests check out at 12 noon). Although they asked me to come back later.
17. No transfer. Although on the way turned out to provide (there was a whole banner).
18. Synthepon was constantly falling out of the pillows.
19. And lastly, the Wifi barely worked.
On the plus side:
1. Daily cleaning
Conclusion: people with sensitive sleep will have a hard time. The last couple of days have been tough. She didn't start sleeping until 4 or 5 a.m.
