Hotel

I have already chosen my choice of Hotel Elegance several times and still when I have to go to Batumi I will definitely and with pleasure visit Hotel Elegance. It is about a 5 minute walk from the beach. Has a good pool and sauna for free. Good breakfast.

A convenient hotel with character

Hotel Elegant is located in an established residential area of Batumi. Early 20th century buildings, lots of trees, mostly good wide pavements. It's a 15 min stroll to the beach near the Sheraton and to the beach promenade. There are some restaurants, but a wider choice is available in the old town about 30 mins walk away. We enjoyed our stay as we didn't have to put up with the tourist hassle in the old town near the pleasure port.
The hotel itself is not perfect but the rooms are tastefully decorated and quite charming. Apart from the bedside table lamps everything worked. The hostess does not speak English but communicating was no problem. Breakfast is served in a comfortable dining room and is delicious. There were one or two different items every morning.
We would certainly stay at the Elegant again.

Lovely stay.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable rooms at a good price and in a fantastic location. Also friendly owners who went out of their way for us. They were happy to offer to make us a packed breakfast when we had a early train to catch to Baku. Would certainly recommend it. However, double check details with them before arrival as we were stuck outside in the rain at 6 am!

2 nights in Hotel Elegant - recommended!

I spent a couple of nights here in late August. The hotel is in a quiet area, just inside the Old Town and about 10 minutes walk from the Boulevard. I had one of the nicer rooms - top floor, with a balcony overlooking the street. Breakfast is fine. Helpful owner, as was her German and English speaking son-in-law.
I arranged a pick-up from the airport - reasonably priced and reliable.

Good choice at fair price

In the old town, Near the sea... we spent 2 nights with our kids (13 & 12). Rooms are ok, bathroom very clean with modern shower, breakfast is huge. Lot of restaurants around. Good place to stay in the city for an affordable price.
