A gem of a place

Delightful gem of a place. Owner very friendly and helpful. Room perfectly done to maintain the ambience of the chateau. A traditional potager garden outside with espalier fruit trees. Breakfast good and all local or homemade. Would definitely come back again

The epicurean's paradise

We had the opportunity to stay at the castle in mid-July during a music festival. Our 3 days turned out to be idyllic. The castle and its owners offer an unparalleled welcome. We particularly appreciated the beauty of the place, the copious breakfast (impossible not to mention the homemade apple juice), and of course the calm that reigns around the swimming pool.
We highly recommend this haven of peace and refinement.

Delightful stay, with enchanting host Philippe, beautiful room and lovely breakfast

We stayed in room 4, the yellow room and it was gorgeous, comfortable and such attention to detail in the decoration
Lovely pool to cool off in after and long hot journey.
Breakfast was a work of art and the best we have ever had in France.
We hope we are passing this way again as would definitely return, even if it needed a detour!

Rustic charm

The owner Philippe is the Chateau, a very charming character,
a proprietor par excellence.
The Chateau is Quaint, very clean , modern where necessary with old fashioned decor.
Breakfast is exceptional, limited menu but great quality.
A hidden gem, highly recommended.

Magical chateau stay

We had a wonderful visit to the chateau du Guerinet. The owners have meticulously restored the place and present it as a surprising, fun and comfortable place to spend time and relax. Each bedroom has a fairy tale theme and is fabulously decorated. Philippe is a very attentive host, taking pride and pleasure in looking after his guests to the maximum. The breakfasts are delicious, full of home made goodies like jams, yoghurts and freshly baked cakes. Each morning the breakfast setting is individually done according to a theme. We loved it and would be delighted to return.
