Quite satisfying!

Three nights in the middle of summer, probably less crowded period for this type of Pension (very few cars on the free and well secured parking). Good welcome, good size quiet room as requested previously. Room, toilet and bathroom very clean and cleaned every day. Great and very complete Breakfast Buffet almost identical to that of the Ibis Melun very close and where I usually go (paradoxically more expensive this August, apparently because of the Olympics!). The staff is friendly and never forget to say a word to you in passing. It is not essential but barring error, no Canal + or smart TV , which surprises a little compared to the Award of the room. In this regard, hotel rates soon become inaccessible, which may partly explain the relatively low attendance. And finally I consider fairly average coming from Accor hotels, not to make members benefit over this period of the 5% discount much vaunted and highlighted usually (the famous "member rate"). JO effect again?

A simple hotel.

Clean. Our room was an OK size.
Convenient free parking right in front of the door.
It is OK for an overnight stay while on a road trip. 10 minutes by car to Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte.
It is located in the suburbs and there seems to be nothing to do in the surrounding area within walking distance.
The selection for breakfast was quite limited, but there was both a salty and a sweet selection.
There was no omelette, but there was an opportunity to boil eggs for yourself.
A very small amount of products were displayed and everything kept running out, but at least more was brought quite fast. The breakfast restaurant was spacious, but the buffet table was set in a narrow corner with little space and there was constant crowding.
NB! The rating is given taking into account the hotel category and the price paid.

This was a great little hotel, very close to the Vaux Le Vicomte Chateau. Special thanks to Bastine at the front desk who helped us with travel arrangements to the chateau and 9 pieces of luggage for our trip on to Versailles. Thank you !!

Was an amazing place to stay. Restaurant on site with free breakfast. There was amble parking with no issues entering or exiting the enclosed parking lot. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Very bad image of Paris

A culture of fungus on the ceiling of the 1st bedroom, also in the bathroom and in the toilet bowl they directed me to a second bedroom which was in a brothel, not tidy since the last client, so 3rd bedroom with ceiling of the entrance and toilet bowl in the same condition as the 1st therefore extremely disappointed by the service given the price paid it is unacceptable
