Parisian New Year
The property is located in the Batignolles district, convenient to different services (fast food, market, pharmacy, boulangerie...) and to the metro (La Fourche and Brochant station).
In addition, in about 15 ‘you can walk to the Montmartre district.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 in the hotel’s basement room and is sufficiently varied (sweet and savoury).
Positive note: the fresh orange juice.
The only flaw: going in the time slot 9:00/10:00 you will find it difficult to find a free table.
Rooms are tidied up daily, as are towels that are replaced daily.
The only flaw: there is no safe and a support to place the suitcases.
Overall, I found clean, bright and colorful environments and friendly staff.
I recommend it as a solution, as with the nearby metro you can get anywhere and in a short time.

Overall nice stay
Cute water detail and croissants/cakes at the entrance for guests, daily
Small room, but comfortable for a short stay and little soundproofing
Good and varied breakfast, from sweet to savory; small rooms and you risk having to wait to eat
Tip: cover the lobby area which could become dangerous, in the passage to the breakfast room, in case of rain or snow (in addition to being cold)
Good location close to various metro and bus stops and still 20 min walk from Galeria Lafayette (centrally located)

Then the worst came in the last night . It was past midnight. We decor walk down the stairs to the outside building The fire alarm went on for over 15 mins and no staff came out to give any comments.
I paid about $230 a night and this really not worth the cost. Overall, the building and facilities are very old overall. The only one good point is very close to Metro line 13. I wouldn’t stay there again .
