Air conditioning doesn't work in "winter" months and blows hot air.

I highly recommend the palestinian restaurant right across the hotel, food was soo good!
Downside and disappointing is the check in at 4pm which is super late and inconvenient.
Check out at 11am OK but then need 5 hours to prepare rooms?
The result was a long queue of people trying to get in their rooms at 4pm while they could have entered progressively and make it smooth for everyone.
