Perfect location for our journey en route from south of France to Roscoff. Area is commercial rather than leisure but quite accessible to Lorient

Have stayed in campinale both in the uk and different locations in France ov a number of years I had a 450km drive to my hotel arriving about 1530 the reception was closed tried the self service machine on the outside got a message sorry we are having problems with the connection try later which I did still same message had sit in my car for 2 hours until 1730 for a receptionist to arrive then when I made my booking was asked about my mobility I stated that I was 74 years of age could I have easy access if possible so my room 203 was on the 3rd floor now I was staying for 2 nights had 2 bags had carry those up 3flights of stairs and do the reverse when I left so request aren't listen to there was one member of staff available who was extremely helpful but on his own so helping other people I just carried on back to my room and did not ask to change and why paper cups for tea and coffee in future will need to take my own cup and spoon I think they used to give a plastic spoon all you get now is a small stick I know this a budget hotel chain but please surely they could do a little better than this 1 staff member who also cooked and served my evening meal in the restaurant also booking in the guest

The hotel was more of a motel. It wasn't much to look at from the outside, but It was clean, comfortable and warm and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was okay, plenty of coffee, but the evening meal wasn't anything special. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Guests are given bottles of free water. The hotel was situated near a busy junction and although busy, the hotel was reasonably quiet. It is a good place for a couple of days stay-over if you are passing through, as one is near main roads for onward destinations and also quite a few family restaurants.

We took three rooms all with the smell of cigarettes, no chance of a change the management stated. One room with open wires on heater. Bedding clean but not enough on a cold night. Rock concert next door on the first night. Wifi just would not work. This is the 17th Hotel we have stayed in during our tour of which 5 of the worst are in France regarding condition and service.
