Idyllic setting and the warmest welcome

We stayed at le Poujastou for 5 nights and had the most wonderful stay. Elodie and her family were so kind and welcoming. The food was wonderful - breakfast included home made jams, yoghurt and cookies as well as delicious bread and fruit and the dinners were delicious, home made and incredibly plentiful. We were out every day trekking with local company 360 Expeditions and the warm, homely and friendly welcome at the end of each day was wonderful.
The setting is second to none, the church bells are the best noise to wake to (considerately only beginning at 8am) the view from the bedrooms is exquisite, and the garden is a calm and beautiful space to sit and relax.
Overall a very special gite.

Cycling holiday made great

An amazing setting in a quaint little town with stunning views of the Pyrenees. Comfortable, clean, accomodating, relaxing. The family make you feel like one of them with the relaxing environment they provide! Thoroughly recommend Le Poujastou & this beautiful part of the world!!

Awesome Hospitality

Fantastic B&B just outside Bagnères-de-Luchon. Elodie & Thierry are wonderful hosts, looking after us with any requests. Spent 12 days riding bikes in the French Pyrenees, breakfasts, some dinners upon request, washing, access to a shared tv room with tea/coffee making and a huge courtyard to relax in. Lots of rooms over a three storey French country homestead, each with their own bathrooms. They speak reasonably good English and nothing was a bother.
A great place to base yourself if you are planning to cycle, hike or just explore the French Pyrenees.

Super base-camp for hiking around Luchon

This is just the perfect place for hiking in the mountains around Luchon. The food was excellent. Breakfast, lunch-box and the dinner was perfect for hungry hikers. Elodie was the perfect host serving our group everything we needed. Nice rooms, with a wonderful view up to the mountains

Outdoor sports fan or family trip - Le Poujastou is for you!

Just outside Luchon and ideally placed on GR10 and easy access to all of the Luchon valley, rides and walks. Le Poujastou is a great value bed and breakfast and very good evening meals can be reserved. Very easy parking in their barn next door, and an enclosed walled garden with views up the mountains means a very warm and relaxing stay. Perfect for kids too. Can't praise the welcome enough - delightful and helpful hosts - always ready with a map or local advice on things to do and adventures to embark on. Cyclists will find this an ideal stop or base for road and off road riding.
