Outdated and run down

This hotel does not deserve a 4-star status. It is close to the highway, and that is about the only positive aspect. The door handle fell off in the bathroom, and the water kettle didn’t work, room keys don’t work when close to a wallet or mobile phone ….. the rooms are small and outdated. We were glad to be able to leave after one night.
Breakfast buffet was the only positive aspect.

Refusal of "All Gift Card"

The hotel refused to take the “All Gift Card”! I contacted the customer service who confirmed that they were partners in the operation. Unworthy establishment of this hotel class. A council does not buy this card at the risk of being refused or go to another hotel.

Simple , only downside the staff is not present between those who discuss and ignore you , that of the absent bar and ok us a room not made , particular and finally do not take the ALL card for the 5% discount here is a pity a little reorganization and it can do it

Great stay for a reasonable price.

Easy to reach, ample parking and a friendly welcome. Tastefully decorated restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is well catered for and offers everything you expect from a Mercure hotel. The menu for dinner is small, but the dishes are fine. I had a great dinner here every night. The standard rooms are a bit too small in my opinion. Working on a small desk that could have been bigger by me. The bathroom has everything you need.
Small minus; compared to the attractively decorated restaurant and the state of repair, the rooms could use an update. Cleaning the room could also be better.
Despite that, I had a good time. I'd love to come back.

Thank you so much for having taken time to describe so precisely all our services! Our staff will be very pleased to read you.
Indeed, our bar and restaurant have been refurbished few years ago and we are quite proud of it. Our cheffe changes her menu every 4 months, according to the seasons and everything is homemade.
You are right. Bathrooms definitely need to be renovated, it's already planned and it will start on November. Next time, you may discover our new bathrooms!
