Check in took time but the compensation for our wait was greatly appreciated
The reception staff at Pommern Hotel should have great praise for the reception as our check-in was late due to the rooms not being cleaned at three so we waited until a quarter to four to check in.
Tired after a long travel day, it felt quite hard to wait but the compensation in the form of upgraded room and free alcohol-free drink to the sauna felt like a very friendly gesture and was greatly appreciated. Thanks to the girl who offered it to us and sorry for my tired way of handling the wait.
The hotel we have visited before several times and we were happy that in the bathroom there was a shower scraper that I mentioned earlier that it was missing in the rooms.
Room 526 Superior was very nice and we very much liked that both coffee and tea were there in several varieties.
The bed and armchairs were so good. Sleep well and sat very comfortably.
The view to the parking lot was fun as there were always people there and residents in the houses so there was much to see and also enjoy a beautiful view.
Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was top class.
Just lacked sour milk and prince sausages and caster sugar for the porridge on the breakfast buffet.
Thank you to all the staff for the nice reception we received everywhere. You really provide such a personal and welcoming service.
We will come back soon.

Terrific value for the money.
Terrific hotel, centrally located, great breakfast, and lovely staff. I really enjoyed my stay and thought it was a great property for the cost. The hotel is a block from the Main Street. The breakfast had a large selection and everything was yummy.

A quiet basic hotel
I spent one night in the hotel in May with a work group.
+ a short walk from the port
+ happy reception at the hotel
+ peaceful overnight stay
+ a decent bed and a reasonable pillow
+ kettle and tea bags available in the room
+ bathroom equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body lotion
+ basic breakfast with local apple juice, yogurts and sprouts
- the warm foods at breakfast did not appeal. As warm vegetables, only mushrooms.
- As a loose tea drinker, I don't appreciate ball strainers, between which the loose tea falls to the bottom of the cup. A stew pot would be lovely.
- I missed an iron, which was not directly available in the room, I did not go to ask separately
I could stay again because the overall look of the hotel is clean and everything works well. The hotel staff takes care of their guests with a friendly touch. Especially at breakfast, a young man cleaned the tables efficiently and was particularly polite.

Terrific Hotel
The hotel is centrally located, modern, and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast was extensive and very good. The one negative is the hotel does not offer shower caps. Bathrobes are available at the front desk. I highly recommend the hotel.

Ok hotel, but no reply to complaint
Nice hotel, excellent restaurant. Room was ok. Shower room got wet all over.
Selected this hotel and Superior double room, as it has a "180 cm Continental double bed". It appeared to be two 90cm beds attached with a sheet. Complained this to receptionist, she understood, promised to check and get back to us. No reply during our four night stay, at check-out, or two weeks after. Didn't want to spend our stay by complaining every day to a new receptionist.
