Location and comfort.
The reception girls very friendly, the hotel is very good located, in excellent condition; the room very comfortable, although there was a lot of noise but it was already by other guests who from very early on about 5 am started to knock down the door several times and interrupted our sleep and because we were on vacation; but the hotel

To avoid any misunderstanding, I booked a male therapist the next day, also dressed professionally in his clinic uniform. Yet, the same receptionist questioned me again in the same manner. By the third day, I realized she was still on duty, and I chose not to book a therapist at all, meaning I had to endure unnecessary pain.
I was tempted to confront her about this repeated behavior, but I didn’t want to ruin my vacation. However, I left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. A hotel should respect the well-being and privacy of its guests rather than making them feel uncomfortable for seeking legitimate services.
