Good hotel

Don't let the outside fool you. The rooms are recently remodeled , very clean and up to date. Bathrooms are not large, but the shower is wonderful with lots of hot water and great pressure. The pool is located on the 3rd floor, as is the breakfast buffet- great place to enjoy the ambiance.
We stayed here at the last minute due to a flight cancellation, but would do so again.
Very reasonable, good service, and friendly, helpful staff.

bad hotel

I stayed only one night, and I changed of hotel. Very expensive, the rooms are average size but are very dirty, and the breakfast service are very bad. Wi-fi available but intermittent. Staff are friendly. it seems this hotel had better moments long time ago.

Standard tourist hotel attentive staff

Stayed overnight with family. Sleeping experience was terrible: the rooms dont have enough noise isolation between them and I was unlucky to have noisy unconsiderate neighbours who were laughing and playing board games loudly until late. Complained to reception several times until finally they went quiet. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. I did not like the area around but chose the hotel only to spend the night and follow the trip early next day

Internet is the main problem

I would gladly return to this hotel but with the understanding that the internet does not work...except in the lobby. If they had simply told us that, it would have saved lots of daily questions of the staff. I believe that the rooms are being modernized one at a time. My room was clean and everything worked. The shower head was a relic from the Civil War where the inside of the head had long since disintegrated. A friend had a shower where there was an overhead rain type nozzle. The staff is the true attraction. They are beyond fantastic. If only they would invest in a reliable internet system....

Close to everything

Friendly service and pretty, neat property.
Since we had a health problem the staff could organize the property's doctor, who was very professional.
The hotel is in a top location to explore the city and offers a nice pool area to relax. The room we had was very spacious.
The breakfast offer is rather limited however.
