Amy and Anna helped us with a quick check-in. As foreigners you need an experienced receptionist to take care of your registration without any delay. The staff was very hospitable and helped us with things like parking, finding what we need during breakfast and providing extra drinking water bottles. The room had a comfortable bed, instant hot water supply and all the amenities like cloth hanging wire and iron with board. The supplies were of good quality and air conditioning was effective. Location is also good because Wanda plaza shopping mall is nearby.
All in all, I liked my stay at this hotel with family.

I always like staying here. It's clean, comfortable, and the location is perfect. It's on all the major bus lines, walking distance to the best parts of Tianshui and quiet. The staff is always friendly and professional and the breakfast is really good.

I took my children to Tianshui and randomly chose a hotel, and the result was amazing. The overall feeling of the hotel was good. The breakfast is very rich, both Chinese and Western styles. Take the children to have breakfast, and the waiter is also very helpful. Oh, and the lady at the front desk, Kiki yoki, is also very kind.
