Perfect experience
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in! From the beginning of the stay, each member of the manager's team showed a professional, friendly and sincere service attitude that warmed people. A special thanks to Maddy, Frieda, Qian, Kathryn and Jolin for the careful arrangement, who specially arranged the decoration of the birthday room for me, as well as the preparation of birthday cakes and cards, these careful arrangements made me feel very affectionate and became an unforgettable birthday memory.
The elegant and comfortable environment of the hotel makes you feel relaxed. Chinese cuisine is even more amazing, I have eaten the most close to Hong Kong level in Shenzhen! Definitely recommended. Thank you again to all the staff who have served me and look forward to coming again next time!

Another great stay at Raffles Shenzhen
It’s my second stay at Raffles Shenzhen.
A luxury product that truly lives up to its name.
Spacious room and provide impressive turndown amenities.
Attentive services rendered by well trained staff. Quality of breakfast spread is impeccable.
My only feedback was the in-room dinning experience. “Raffles fried rice” can further improve.
Nonetheless, was a good stay.

The experience in Raffles SZ

It’s a quick business trip and second time stay in Raffles Shenzhen, we had wonderful stay as last time.
