We also got a free room upgrade and free late checkout. The rooms were nice and spacious, even though a tiny bit outdated. However, nothing major and also very clean. The beds were comfy.
Breakfast was quite nice with many Chinese and western options.

1. Room- lock doesn’t work, do not disturb doesn’t work, housekeeping button doesn’t work, shower and toilet smells like mould, bathroom light went out and engineering fixed it quickly but housekeeping was reluctant to clean up the mess and kept telling me to sweep it on the side (I insisted and she did a mediocre job)
2. Pool- no food and beverage service, when asked the staff asked me to order take out from Meituan (what a joke), lounge chairs were filthy
3. Signage- placed without logic, the fitness room sign points to one direction when it’s in the opposite
4. Service- not one person could speak English or French, this is a French International hotel chain, not a local Chinese brand. All the descriptions and activities were all in Chinese as well, not friendly for non Chinese guests
5. Others- attention to detail doesn’t exist, worse hanging everywhere, garbage placed in the sides, lazy staff and mentality
I will never we stay at this property again and do not recommend it to anyone that’s used to 5 star level service.

1. Room issues
We are mortified that the room facilities failed to function properly. Our maintenance team is now conducting a comprehensive inspection of all rooms to ensure that locks, service buttons, and lighting systems are in perfect working order. Regarding the mold smell, we have initiated a deep - cleaning and disinfection process in all bathrooms. We have also reprimanded the housekeeping staff for their negligence and have provided additional training to improve their service attitude and quality.
2. Pool service
The lack of food and beverage service at the pool and the inappropriate suggestion from our staff are unacceptable. We have immediately organized a training for pool - side services, to improve the service quality, We are also in the process of cleaning and replacing the filthy lounge chairs to ensure a more comfortable environment for our guests.
3. Signage problems
We are rectifying the illogical signage system. A professional team is now mapping out a more reasonable layout for all signs, especially those related to key areas such as the fitness room, to ensure clear and accurate guidance for guests.
4. Service language barrier
We understand the importance of multilingual service in an international hotel. To address this, we are recruiting staff with proficient English and French skills and arranging intensive language training for our existing employees. All hotel descriptions and activity information will be translated into multiple languages to better serve non - Chinese guests.
5. Attention to detail
We are implementing a strict quality - control system to improve attention to detail. Regular inspections will be carried out to ensure that there are no signs of wear and tear, and that the hotel is kept clean and tidy at all times. We are also working on enhancing staff motivation and professionalism through performance - based incentives.

Disappointed
I've been looking at the hotel a lot before... It was beautiful.
But unfortunately we were given a number that didn't match as advertised. No tree... No Chinese style. No national color
In the wall room, there are leaky spots... The tiles in the bathroom come off and the view of the room is like after a bad renovation...
Not five stars... instead of two floors... two floors and an interstory... Making it difficult to go upstairs. Clothes cabinet one... That's weird. And only on the third floor...
