Just enough for what you want

This nine room hotel is situated in an office tower. It has all you need for when you are passing through Chillan overnight. The rooms are small but they are clean and provide the comfort that you need after a long drive. There is onsite underground parking. Breakfast is delivered to your room and whilst it is basic, it is very well presented and good value as it is included in the rate.

Average hotel, good location

This is an average hotel that was ok for a one-night stay. We were in Room 7, which was fairly small, but clean and bed was very comfortable. A continental breakfast is delivered the evening before and was a nice selection of bread, yoghurt, cheese, ham and juice - there's a toaster in the room and a fridge to store the food overnight. Location is good, a 5 minute walk to the town centre for bars, restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. The negatives for us were - reception didn't appear to be expecting us, despite showing our confirmation, and it took some time to check-in (struggled with language barrier) and the room was not well sound-proofed - we could hear talking in neighbouring rooms and noise in the corridor until late at night.

La calificación dice "Muy Bueno", pero es "Bueno"

Primera vez en Chillan. Después de posponer varias veces el viaje, justo cuando me dicen que debo ir, el hotel que había elegido, estaba lleno. Rápidamente empecé a buscar una opción, entre mis filtros estaban cercanía a la plaza, desayuno incluido, y un valor acorde. Lo de los precios fue lo primero que descarte, lo que quedaba no bajaba de los $50.000 por noche, así que rápidamente la ubicación fue lo que decidió mi elección. Al parecer el edificio del Hotel comparte algunos pisos con un edificio habitacional (así me pareció), la pieza (piso 12) esta muy bien para una estadía breve, tiene todas las comodidades y una vista de la ciudad muy bella. Hay frigo bar, calentador de agua, microondas, tostadora. El baño es amplio y todo muy limpio. Nada que decir. Punto a mejorar? La calefacción. Si bien es cierto te entregan un calentador eléctrico, es insuficiente para temperar la pieza (además de ruidoso), por suerte en el closet había una colcha extra para colocar en la cama. El desayuno cuesta $5.000 mas (no lo pedí). Volvería? Quizás, en una época mas cálida.

Pésimo, muy malo

Se nota que cuando estuvo nuevo fue bueno y bonito, pero al 2021 está pésimo. Tomé 2 habitaciones para mi familia y en ninguna de las dos tuvimos agua caliente en la ducha, solo levemente tibia, a pesar que tuvimos el agua corriendo como 30 min.
Sábanas blancas pero manchadas, al igual que las alfombras sillas y paredes, puerta de la habitación mala, no queda personal en administración en la noche ni sábado por lo que nadie te soluciona nada, la llave es un pedazo de madera, no hay suficientes enchufes para cargar celulares y los que hay están en lugares incómodos. Restos de bebida y comida en el refrigerador
Medidas covid regulares, las personas del aseo se pasean sin mascarilla.

Agradable estadía

Buen lugar para pasar la noche en Chillán, cerca de la Plaza en el piso 12 de un edificio de oficinas, accesible, con estacionamiento propio y buen servicio de recepción, Marcia muy atenta, te dejan el desayuno en la noche, dentro de la habitación tienes frigobar, microondas, hervidor, tostador eléctrico, wi fi (funciona muy bien) y tv satelital (movistar).
Habitación cuenta con ventana termo panel que permite abrirla y ventilar habitación en unos pocos minutos (ventaja preventiva de contagio covid-19)
En fin, una buena estadía.
