Thanks for making our weekend so special

My husband and I stayed here on numerous times, we returned on March 2nd for one night ended up staying for 2.. enjoyed our wonderful first experience at Copperhorn Meet house, our meal was exceptional and the service was spot on.
The front desk staff upon check-in was as always friendly and very accommodating,
We would to express a special thanks to Elisa for her thoughtfulness and making us feel so special.

My only complaint is the 50 dollar charge for a microwave in the room.
C'mon, that shud be in every room as standard.
Also their security deposit takes forever to post back to your cc. Other hotels refund your deposit within hours of check out. Is only 100 Bux, but still it takes days.

Great price, Pool was shutdown and not available, but biggest complaint was the Parking was not thought out at all.. You drive up to hotel entrance, go and check in, then have to drive all the way around to opposite side of building to park in a multi story parking garage and then walk through multiple different sections of the parking garage to reach the elevator, then go outside and into the main building lobby and walk to opposite side of building through the lobby to get to the hotel. This is difficult when having multiple bags or bringing in takeout etc. poor design and very inconvenient. If the price wasn’t so good, I probably would avoid staying again.

Two night stay to enjoy one of their shows and a little relax time. Pool area closed without prior notice before arrival - charged us the resort fee anyway. Good gym facility but dirty and equipment not well maintained. On-site dining options good. Show was good - nice arena.
