Or stay was great, we enjoyed the meal at the restaurant and our room was very clean abs spacious. Would highly recommend.

Second Stay with a few major issues

This is our 2nd visit to This hotel as we stayed last year Aigust and loved the hotel. Unfortunately there were a few issues during our stay.One major incident of our room door being left open by house keeping. We came back to our room at 4pm to dscover that the room had not been locked. I raised this with the front desk after checking if anything was missing in the room.As the hotel has no secure lift to the floors,as in sqiping room card to acess the floors .Unfortunately the front desk team did not know how to deal with this incident .I then asked raised this with the on duty manager who did her best to work with the team to understand how this incident occured.Luckly we had valubles missing and the team reviewed cctv footage to esnure no suspicious activity.Its a shame really for such a good hotel. Now the room..We upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite this time, a few issues with cleanliness of the shower and lounge area with stands of hair all over the room.I did asked house keeping to do a through clean..But this was still an issue. The bed was comfy and other amenities in the room were good.There were some stains on coach which may need a deep clean.The towels were clean but torn on the edges.Overall this is a good hotel but on our second visit there were some major fails .Security issues have been rectified as the team has assured me that there are protocols now in place to ensure this doesn't happen.The staff are kind and respectful. Cleanliness could be better .

Great hotel. Clean. Nicely decorated. Switches for lighting in room a bit confusing - not intuitive which switches to turn on for which lights. Friendly staff. Good amenities (gym, pool, business area). Great Indian food at the Tandoor Chop House. Would prefer to have better coffee / different types of coffee (lattes etc.) available within the hotel. Sounded like a bit of a wind corridor in the hallway outside my room. But not too distracting. Would stay here again.
