Péssima experiência

1 experiência muito ruim mesmo! Na frente do hotel tem um bar que tem barulho, confusão e gritaria até as 4 da manhã! Impossível dormir, meu quarto era na frente! Quarto sujo, feio demais, limpeza muito ruim! Café razoável! Nunca mais volto !

A localização é boa mas os problemas já começaram na entrada. Fizemos a reserva há dias antes, porém qd chegamos para o check-in foi informado que não tinha reserva e que deveríamos nos hospedar (se quiséssemos) na suíte luxo que de luxo não tinha nada(ventilador). O local é bastante barulhento. O hotel é usado como motel. A hospedagem é igual a cinema: tem que pagar pra ver. Só se hospeda se pagar antes no mínimo uma diária. Qd falta 40 minutos para meio dia a atendente liga pro quarto liga pra dizer que a hospedagem vai acabar e vc tem que pagar logo. Já me hospedei em vários locais do Brasil e nunca vi isso em hotel ou pousada nenhuma. Se vc sair a atendente também avisa: OLHA!!! A HOSPEDAGEM TÁ ACABANDO, TEM QUE RENOVAR. Resumindo: não é legal. O quarto que dizem ser luxo é mais do que básico. O café da manhã bora quem tava na suíte luxo tava incluso, também por 134 reais. As senhoras que servem o café são super grossas, sem nenhuma simpatia. Talvez seja reflexo do ambiente do hotel. O quarto era limpo, mas não era luxo de jeito nenhum.

Fiz uma reserva pelo site Expedia!!
Liguei confirmando no hotel e chego p fazer o chek in e nao tinha vaga p nós!!
Detalhe liguei avisando q iriamos fazer o chek as 23hrs, aonde arrumo hotel em pleo sabado???
O Hotel falou q o Expedia mandou um email as 16hrs avisando do cancelamento q o Hotel fez!!
Estava em viagem sem internet, como cancela no dia em pleno sábado!!
Péssimo, Péssimo, Péssimo!!!!
Falaram q nao podiam fazer nada!!

Local barulhento

E um bom hotel, quando chegamos estava bem limpo, cheirando a produto de limpeza. Tinha chinelos no quarto, coisa que não temos normalmente. Porém a localização não é boa, o local é bastante barulhento. Porém fica ao lado do metrô caso for de interesse da pessoa. E localizado perto do centro.

Não gaste seu dinheiro aqui

Um dos piores hotéis em quem me hospedei. Além da localização (bares em baixo do mesmo que ficam até o dia seguinte fazendo barulho), o hotel também serve como motel, alugando quartos por periodos de 3 horas. Se estiver com criança vai ser dificil explicar a pessoa gemendo no quarto ao lado.
