Good cost-benefit.

A good hotel option, recommended by the organizer of the event we participated in and we made a good choice. Very clean and organized hotel, friendly service, has 2 parking lots available and has a good breakfast. The hotel is close to the city hall and is very accessible to other parts of the city. It was worth the stay.

Rooms outdated. Pluming problems. Old sheets. Remote control problems. Nobody speak Spanish or English. Service was good in cafeteria. Pictures lied. On the web shows a 4-start hotel, it needs a correction. Not even a 1 start hotel. Pricy considering the hotel

Good

Room ok. Bathroom doesn't have a window, but the shower is good. There was a lack of a more accessible mirror for those who cannot see from afar. The bathroom mirror is far away and the bedroom mirror is obstructed by the single bed, so if you're going to put on makeup for a party and can't see far away, take your mirror. The pool is nice. The gym is very small. Breakfast is the hotel basics (two or three types of bread, two or three types of cake, cheese bread, cheese, ham, blender pie, two types of natural juice, Danone, egg, sausage, etc.). Parking costs 10.00 per day. The bathroom hairdryer is very weak. There is an iron near the pool (I thought it was great). Slow elevator. Furthermore, it matches the daily rate (175.00 per couple). Polite employees.

DISGUSTING!!!!

Evidently the room was not cleaned, everything was dusty under the bed.
Toilet with remains of urine, unacceptable!!!!!! Box/tiles and floors with hair and I'm not talking about just a hair, it's a lump.
I won't even go back!!!!! Disgusting!!!!

Not a 4 star hotel

It is stated that this is a 4 star hotel, but based on an international comparison, 2 stars would suit better.
The hotel needs to be renovated. The breakfast may follow Brazilian standards, but to put it simply. There wasn't much to brag about. In contrast, the hotel staff and especially the reception were very pleasant and welcoming.
