Cost benefit

The location is excellent, just a few meters walk from the wonderful Araçatiba Beach and close to the boarding pier. Very rustic place. More comfort than camping. Air conditioning, minibar, free-to-air TV, hot shower and glass shower worked perfectly. Wifi and internet fluctuate a lot, but as I wanted to disconnect from the world, this didn't bother me. When we arrived everything was clean, sheets and towels too. No musty smell. A balcony that gets sun and dries clothes well. There is no room service. They are suites and therefore there is no reception. Anything you need, just talk to the owner via WhatsApp and she will respond promptly. A shared kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Needs maintenance on the shower and renewing some kitchen utensils. Nothing that spoiled our stay. There are restaurants nearby for all budgets and a few grocery stores to buy the basics. Take a flashlight because there is often a lack of electricity on Ilha Grande. Enjoy the vibe and enjoy a beautiful sunset every afternoon and swim with the fish. Get to know Araçatibinha in a 10-minute walk. There are boat trips and kayak and stand up rentals.

Need more attention

Positive points: Shared kitchen ok. Service area ok. Decoration ok
Negative points: the bathroom stall didn't even have a curtain, which left the bathroom all wet and there was no carpet in the bathroom.
Wi-Fi didn't work even one day
We found rubbish under the beds (a bag and a baby sock), which shows that the room had not been swept.
One of the bath towels had lipstick marks on it.
All the negative points made us forget the positive ones, as cleanliness is essential.

Ao chegar em araçatiba, me surpreendi a suite, tudo muito limpo e organizado, ótimo custo/benefício. Fui muito bem recebido pela Cris e Guerra, simpáticos e eficientes, me senti em casa. Recomendo!

A limpeza excelente mas o conforto do banheiro péssimo o registro de água encontra se no cano do chuveiro a 2 metro de altura tive que subir num suporte p ligar e deligar o chuveiro e a porta do box uma pessoa acima de 60kl não consegui entrar de tão estreita

Poderia ser incrível. Vou citar alguns pequenos e contornáveis problemas:
1. Wi-fi não funcionou.
2. TV a Cabo não funcionou.
3. Geladeira não gelava.
O local é maravilhoso, e tem tudo para ser melhor ainda. Voltaria desde que fossem sanadas essas discrepâncias.
