Bom e pode melhorar

Atendimento, limpeza, cama e ar condicionad bons. Wi-fi fraco e oscilante. Café da manhã razoável no primeiro dia e melhorou no segundo dia com acréscimo de omelete e frango desfiado. TV com canais abertos e controle remoto ruim. Banheiro com box de vidro, mas janela não abre e a tampa do assento solta. Pode melhorar se tiver manutenção melhor.

Bad hotel in Campo Grande/MS.

Very bad hotel. Let us begin the brief report. I arrived and stayed in a very simple room (until then everything was fine, because that was what I booked). Meanwhile, he was in an underground and in a muggy place. The first night, there was already a snake lice in the bathroom. Two days later, when I arrived at night in the hotel room, I encountered a living scorpion inside the room (it was good to see and I managed to kill him). Such a situation is absurd, because the risk was enormous even for life itself. Besides all this, there were two cockroaches inside the bathroom. I immediately informed the receptionist, who gently changed me room and placed me on the fourth floor. Although greater, there was infiltration and mold in the room, in addition to the noise of the air-condensers and the presence of pigeons near the window of the room early in the morning, who gathered around there. The only thing that is saved in the hotel is the location, staff service and breakfast, which although simple, is worth the price paid.

We had a bad experience.

We stayed in room 232, we thought it was very bad. Plywood furniture on the wall and the TV panel were swollen, looking very old and lacking in maintenance, a reasonable bed, covered already used, a terrible bathroom with slime on the wall grout and an unpleasant smell from the wood, so much so that my husband and I had respiratory allergies. we had to look for another place. For the price, it's not worth it.

Just the basics hotel

Run down, but clean. Has free and pretty high bandwidth wifi. TV in the rooms. The showers are heated by electric device in the shower head, and the installation looks not very professional. Noisy main street near by, but still not too bad.

OK, but won't return

This place is noisy, not only due to traffic, but also the car wash and car repair next door. They work both late at night and early in the morning.
The rooms are quite shabby, but the sheets and towels are clean. The staff is friendly.
Electrocution danger: The shower is electric and the wiring was sticking out so we could see that it wasn't connected to ground (earth), i.e. not safe to use.
The laundry service is ridiculously expensive! It's ok that they put a price per item, and not the weight, but 25R$ for a sweater? Please! There are other laundry services nearby. We used Lavanderia Maxi Lave in Rua 7de Setembre between Barbosa and Celestino. (2R$ per item regardless of size.)
