Great value for money

Despite some negative reviews, I decided to take a chance and loved the inn! I easily recommend it: excellent location, great service, perfect air conditioning, impeccable wifi, accommodation consistent with the photos, plenty of sockets available, good cleanliness and varied breakfast (juices, cakes, cold cuts, teas, milk, coffee and bread). I drank coffee at different times and didn't see any replacement problems as mentioned in some reviews: probably a sign that they followed the feedback and improved that point.

Perfect location

The location is unbeatable, it is 1 block from downtown, you can do everything walking. The room was fine, spacious and the one that touched us had a balcony towards the street. This room features a refrigerator, AC and TV. Breakfast, it was fine, not super complete but it was ok. We were struck by the fact that in 3 days our room was not once cleaned. Unsympathetic employees. It has potential but there are some aspects that can be improved.

Good stay!

The inn is in a perfect location, the rooms are good, the breakfast is also very good, what would improve is the attention of the people at the reception, when asking for help they did not respond or did it in a bad way, perhaps they lack experience .. everything else is fine!!

I wouldn't stay again

The inn is located close to Rua das Pedras, but does not have its own parking. We had to spend another 170 reais on parking near the guesthouse for 3 days.
The room we stayed in was very simple, a positive point for the air conditioning.
The old bed creaked a lot, which was a nuisance. The mattress was good. The pillows were very low, another point that bothered us.
The shower had good water flow, a spacious box.
We stayed for 3 days and there was no cleaning every day, nor was there a change of towels, which were always damp due to lack of ventilation.
The minibar didn't even have a bottle of water, which was quite strange, since in all the inns we had stayed in, there was always at least one bottle of water.
The breakfast was very simple, with the basics, and the salt bread always seemed to be from the day before.
Overall, it was not a good experience, in fact the location of the inn was the only benefit, as we wanted to enjoy the nights on foot.

Gostei bastante, excelente localização e custo benefício. Ambiente limpo e confortável. Única coisa que deixou a desejar é a falta de opções no café na manhã e o o travesseiro um pouco alto e o colchão torto.
