Perfect for Bussiness Trip!

It is a good hotel, the rooms are very comfortable though not very new and modern. However, if you're traveling on business, location and price are perfect. Their prices are very low for this city. It is located very near the center of the city and also to go straight to the airport. It has a good restaurant with many dishes to order a la carte. Has a modest gym, and the treatment is very good and cordial. Whenever I go to Santa Cruz to teach at NUR University I stay with them. I recommend it.

Another Good Stay

I have stayed at Hotel Lido on a number of occasions, most recently on January 19, 2014. The hotel is fairly basic but has always been clean and there were a few upgrades since my last stay in January 2012. There are new room air conditioning units and flat screen TVs. The water is always hot in the shower and the hotel staff is always helpful. The hotel is only a few blocks walk away from the central plaza, which you don't want to miss when in Santa Cruz.
