Very good. I recommend it 100%

I went on a leisure trip I really liked. It is very well located. S is centrally located making it quite close to the sights and well connected by public transport. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I recommend it 100%

Avoid paying 20€ to go elsewhere

Really horrible not worth it nothing is going to catch tourist just to make you sleep at their house
Dangerous staircase no soundproofing smell of sewer surely with what saw in the photo moldy coffee machine and still plenty of other

Newly renovated

Good place in the center of Brussels. It was newly renovated and we had no problem with code access. The rooms were clean, we took room with bathroom and another without. It has bathrooms in house floor for shared bathroom rooms. We got very good price and thought it was going to be worse but we went for a recommendation and we will come back!

Gross, never come to this place

Gross and terrible experiencie. We never received the code to access the room and it was raining. We called them, and once we entered the room we found hairs inside the fridge. Human hair. Bed was in bad conditions, rubbish still in the dustbin.

It was ok - but I booked in a rush and did not realise how far out of town it was and it was not the easiest place to find. There is no metro or tram nearby so unless you invest time looking at buses it was a 30 walk into town, 40 mins to Grand Place. I stayed 6 nights but there was no oven (only hobs and microwave) and they only leave you one towel and a hand towel for the stay. I had to call up to get fresh towels and they did change them but why not at least give you enough for stay on check in. The place had seen better days and is badly in need of tarting up for instance a tile in the bathroom was loose. Everything functional but nothing of comfort. I’d say it’s for single guest as only one chair at the kitchen table. There is a wicker chair but no cushion so a bit uncomfortable. It’s a shame as shower was good, it’s just a bit petite. With a makeover it would be quite nice.
