Great location

With it's superb location this is a good place to be when visiting Chittagong. The rooms are nice and large and have everything that one could need in a hotel room. It's not overtly fancy but it meets all one's needs.
Breakfast is decent.

Very dangerous

Avoid High level Road, Lalkhan Bazar, Ctg, This man blackmailing or threatening people for money back by local politician according to local people, some people very scared, worrying to report police..

Officially visited

Good hotel, wide rooms, comfortable, clean very cordial staffs, food was good, Well organised. The location is very good. You can take your lunch/dinner nearby restaurants. Excellent restaurants available there.

Good place for stay with family or when on Business

The hotel looks old from the outside but is very well furnished on the inside. Rooms are very big. Prices are slightly on the higher end, but location is pretty good too. It's near the main hotspots and food places. Overall a good place to stay if your main priority is hotel comfort and location.

Social Event related stay in a group

It is in an old building but in the heart of the city's most posh areas. The Chittagong club is just 5 minutes walk from here. The circuit house which, I believe has been turned into a museum, is 10 minutes walk away.
The stadium, which hosts international cricket, is also 10 minutes walk away.
It also surrounded by affordable restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself has its own restaurant.
