Enjoyed our stay.

We've spent 8 nights here and generally speaking we have enjoyed our stay. The view of the channel and beach from our balcony is very relaxing. The apartment was very clean on arrival, fully stocked kitchen with a full size fridge.We were in room 15 on the 3rd floor , centre of the building. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good as well.A couple of things we didn't like was the heavy sliding door into the bathroom, also being here 8 nights we weren't offered clean towels or if we wanted any top ups of tea coffee sugar etc . The central aircon is very noisy when it cuts in and out, to noisy actually.

Money poorly spent

Reception and service staff are excellent but Penthouse Room 27 was a huge disappointment. Spending an unjustified amount for a shabby room with multiple basic maintenance tasks required was a huge shock. Prolific scruff marks, gouged wall, ceiling water stains, filthy windows, ants in the bath, screen door stuck open, soiled blinds, unable to be positioned hand held shower, unusable smokey oven, skirting boards damaged, wall panels split, loose power point, door seal hanging etc, all unavoidable to the eye. The worst feature was the two low slung, no head rests, two seater couches which were not at all comfortable, a very poor choice of seating as they do not accommodate folk of all ages.
Overall, a much anticipated Penthouse life experience left wanting.

Beautiful view, beautiful room.

Had another couple of nights stay in this great place. Beautiful view from windows and private balcony. Comfy bed and fantastic pillows. Well equipped kitchen. Foxtel channels. Coffee pod machine. Well keep coming back. My only complaints would be that there was no shower cap provided in bathroom and the sofa was pretty hard and not overly comfy.
