Worst accomodation ever.
Scuff marks and paint missing on all walls
The entire hotel smelt terrible
The parking was $15 per night and just an open area right next to the police station with lots of dodgy people around
Did not feel safe having my child stay there with me
Beds were uncomfortable
Only had cold water to shower
Ended up leaving after one night. I emailed the manager to request a refund for the remaining 7 nights. Still no response.
Attempted to get head office email. Nil response.
I would definitely avoid this hotel if you are ever coming to Townsville.

Convenient, basic hotel with easy access and close to facilities.
Room smelt of smoke, staff were amazing to assist me to change to an alternative.
TV's in rooms not hard wired to internet. Need to update to modern smart TV what can be streamed to or gives choice of more than Netflix.
