Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please notify Indulge Apartments and Homes in advance if you require a cot for your stay, by using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Only a limited number of cots is available, and availability cannot be guaranteed without confirmation from the property. Please note that there is a 3% non-refundable charge for credit card payments. Please note that this property has no reception. You will be contacted by the property to advise you of check in details. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Indulge Apartments and Homes reserves the right to process an authorisation on the credit card on file to be held as a bond to cover any incidental charges. All bookings for Friday and Saturday nights, New Year’s Eve or other peak period dates will have a $300 for Apartments ($500 local and Broken Hill guests) bond authorisation on credit card provided by registered guest (for bookings 4 nights or more the bond will be processed as a sale and will incur a non-refundable credit card surcharge) and the balance refunded as per the below terms. If funds are not available for bond authorisation, self-check in access instructions for accommodation will not be provided. Bond authorisations are processed two days prior to arrival, or where booked within two days of arrival, it will be processed on booking. Parking at some Indulge Apartments properties is very limited, please contact the property to discuss your parking requirements if this is important to you. Please contact the Indulge Apartments during reception hours only (Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm and Weekends and Public Holidays 9am to 7.30 pm (at your earliest convenience) prior arrival to request your self-access check in instructions and access codes (as there is no onsite reception), in line with the hotel terms of stay. Afterhours access will not be given to guests that have not confirmed their booking with the hotel directly via phone during reception hours and provided all identification and other details that are required to confirm the guests booking; And no cancellation will be accepted in this event. No refunds will be issued.
