Cleanest and Best maintained accommodation on the gold coast

we stayed for 7 day and extended by 1 day.
it is by FAR the cleanest and best maintained accommodation myself and family have been lucky enough to stay in.
The feeling of pride from the owners down to the everyday hard working employees, showed every day of our stay.
the accommodation was the best maintained accommodation ive stayed in.
To see small chips on the corner of walls had been touched up with paint and made clean and tidy is just one of the small details that show the true difference when staying somewhere.
We most certainly will be staying again and will recommend to everyone i know headed to the cold coast for a holiday

Excellent Experience

This place was amazing! Accommodated to our every needs. Very family friendly & suited our young children, they loved the pool areas & the beautiful birds. The cabins were great, spacious & very friendly reception staff. The booking was easy. Very close to shopping centres, fuel stations & in a great and easy location to find and access. This was our first time visiting from NSW & we will definitely be back.

Great spot for a family holiday

We had a great stay at Ashmore Palms Holiday Village - 2 adults and 2 kids in a premium palm cabin.
The cabin was very clean, 2 good sized bedrooms and all amenities you would need for a holiday stay. Air-con, fridge, cooking appliances, dishwashing liquid, new washing cloths, towels, toiletries. There was also a washing basket, pegs and clothes airer in the wardrobe so we could do some laundry.
The kids loved the pool - very roomy, warm and never felt like other guests were swimming on top of you.
There was lots of activities on for the kids - we didn't get to take advantage of these but they looked like fun.
Close to the theme parks, a Woolworths around the corner and not far from the beaches without being in the thick of it all.
We hope to return soon - it is hidden away so glad we found it!

No complaints! Nice & clean. You literally don’t need to bring anything but yourself, cabins had everything such as full bedding, basic bathroom toiletries, kitchen cooking utensils & dinnerware and cleaning equipment.
My family & I loved our stay, we didn’t want to leave. It felt like home away from home! Will definitely be back if available on our next family holiday. Thanks for having us!

I wasn’t keen on the location but once inside the village, you completely forget where you are. The cottage we stayed in was exceptionally clean! However the cottage had a stench that no amount of airing would help. It was especially worse in the room with the bunks, so my child had to sleep in the main room with me. The grounds are well kept and the pools are beautiful and clean. The birds are gorgeous but I don’t agree with caged birds, especially the amount that’s at the village. Miss Kellie was absolutely amazing.
BYO coffee is a must as all the complimentary Nescafé sachets in the cottage were still in date but the granules had all turned grey/black and were covered in mold. Little issue with the security door not being able to be locked. Overall was happy and would still consider staying again.
