Great staff who were helpful and could speak English. The rooms were cleaned daily too.

Don't Book it.You will be deceived.

It is not actually 3 or 4 star, AC was broken, bathroom door doesn't lock,the room was sticky, Bed linens were not changed when we entered room. On complain they said the room can't be changed. Place is noisy, you can't sleep if you are not tired.

To avoid, discotheque adjoining certain rooms.

My windowless room is adjoining a discotheque: you can hear the very loud music until very late! Luckily I only stayed there for 2 nights. The breakfast is very average and only the person who cooked the eggs and omelettes was friendly. The other breakfast staff, rather cold. The reception staff are friendly. Next time I will choose another hotel.

Fraudulent hotel

The hotel is noisy and has very poor soundproofing. Staff are not friendly. Fraudulent hotel does not refund money to guests when charged twice. Even though I contacted the customer service many times, the problem was still not resolved and was deliberately deceived

Horrible experience. Not for a family.

Terrible experience at this hotel.
Pros:
- Centrally located
Cons:
- Rooms are tiny.
- Hotel staff not outright rude but extremely unhelpful.
- Next to many night clubs and karaoke bars. Walls are thin and you can hear and feel the vibration from the music blasting everywhere.
- Electrical wiring is dangerous. Breaker box in the shower!
- Filthy. Towels and sheets were all stained and ripped. Walls all blemished by brown patches of water damage.
- Rooms smell musty, moldy, smoky, and masked by strong perfume spray.
- Expensive for what you get! For 70% of the price of a 2-bed room, we got a newly remodeled, large hotel suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with all modern amenities.
- Breakfast buffet is abysmal.
- On weekend nights, the streets around there turn into walking streets and closed to motorized vehicles. If you are arriving at night, you’ll have to walk several blocks with your luggage.
We had an acquaintance help us book a room and they booked us 2 rooms at this hotel, thinking that it’s centrally located but did not know its condition. Both rooms on 1st floor. We arrived to find that one room had significant water damage (with yellow standing water) and the other room shares a wall with a nightclub/bar. My sister’s family decided to stay, but we have 3 young kids and they could not sleep with the loud music. The staff gave us a lot of grief for breaking the contracted stays. Rooms were over $1.2M. We ended up still paying for the night even though we left within the hour.
