The main thing is that the price is very good for the quality of the service they provide, I definitely recommend it....

The room was very clean and the facilities are modern, I would definitely recommend it and would return. The price is very accessible based on the quality of the service they provide. They have wifi and generally work very well recommend it.

They're on the right track.

The room is modern, super comfortable the room, the pillows the sheets all very clean and neat, your fridge cools and the tv is smart and works excellent wifi. They lack room service and staff, although in the absence of that however they offered me very good restaurants and resolved the same, I consider that it has good rest and have to continue the way it goes

El mejor Hotel de Maracay

Mi estadía en el HOTEL PRINCESA PLAZA (Maracay - Venezuela) en el Mes De Mayo 2023 definitivamente debo calificarla, como un asiduo viajero que soy, como uno de los mejores hoteles en el que haya estado en mi vida. El servicio es de excelencia, las camas de las habitaciones son muy cómodas, esta cerca de todo y tiene un estacionamiento gigante gratis. Esta de mas decir que el hotel está recién inaugurado, por lo tanto, me di el lujo de ser entre los primeros en disfrutarlo. La experiencia la describiría simplemente como EXTRAORDINARIA !!

Precio calidad; no recomendable.

Pese a que el Hotel no es malo, esta muy descuidado, el personal trata de hacer la estadia llevadera, lo que se agradece. Pero por los precios que manejan hay mas opciones en Maracay. Es mejor elegir habitaciones de pisos bajos, pues cuando se corta la luz (en periodos es usual). Te ahorras subir o bajar por escalera tantos pisos.

Un hotel con potencial que podría mejorar

El hotel es una de esas construcciones que ya tienen cierto tiempo en el negocio. Tiene una buena ubicación, cerca de restaurantes y la avenida. Tiene su servicio de WI-FI, agua caliente y aire. Sin embargo, el deterioro de las instalaciones comienza a notarse: áreas descuidadas, aires que no enfrían, restaurante clausurado y poco personal. La atención es buena: tienen una recepcionista atenta y amable. Sin embargo, no deberían descuidar el aspecto físico ni la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos. Los precios pueden ser muy buenos, pero sí no se cuidan los detalles, todo empieza a decaer.
