the hotel was amazing, and it was a super good price! and everything you need is not far at all. we had a super good time and the staff there were so nice and they made good coffee. Annitka was the best of all and if you can have her make your coffee!

Stay was ok. Room faced busy street. Gap underneath door so you can hear everything going on outside in hall. Again, the stay was ok.

Wonderful, hospitality at the Bistro !!!

The ladies at the Bistro Bar , Miss Annabel and Miss TJ are an amazing team !!! They work so well together and they are so personable and efficient !!! The hospitality they offer to each customer is unmatched !!! I worked for 31 years at the Country of Riverside , so I know what good customer service is , my daughter Kristine is an executive and is an event planer and was so excited and happy with the service we received !!!

This was a work trip Sunday-Tuesday. The guests were a lot of fun…local softball tournament. The hotel was less fun.

Location is great and brings good customers. The hotel needs work. Treadmills broken, laundry is still coins, rooms are showing wear & tear. As the facility suffers, you’d expect the staff to cover. That didn’t happen…short answers at check-in to short answers at check-out.

We stayed 5 nights. Check in was a brief and fast. Parking fee was extra (lot of parking spaces outdoor). Requested housekeeping but never available and poor service (no bathroom tissues and no shampoo/conditioner (bottles were emptied)! They gave us lame and unreasonable excuses why we didn’t have housekeeping. They just not helpful at all. Did not have a great experience during this visit. Hopefully it will be better next time.
