وعلى الرغم من أن الفندق كان ربما بعد 1/8 بالكامل، كانت قد أعادت لي واحدة من أسوأ غرف متاحة، ثم عندما ذهبت إلى أسفل على وجبة إفطار مجانية فى حوالى الساعة 9:30 صباحاً (ومن المفترض أن تكون متاحة من 6 إلى 10:00 صباحاً أنهم قد تم بالفعل كل شيء.
يبدو أن الذهاب إلى أي شيء جيد جدا في هذا الموقع في هذه الرحلة!

It does appear that during your stay we were busier than it may have seemed which may have been the reason you were placed in a second floor room. I would love to hear from you on why, specifically, you believed the room was so bad so that it can be addressed.
As far as the breakfast goes, Saturday and Sunday breakfast hours are 6:00am to 10:00am, during the week the hours are 5:30am to 9:30am. We have a handout that we normally give out to all guests checking in that include breakfast hours. If you didn’t receive this handout I’m very sorry, I have talked to the entire staff to make sure the guests are being offered that sheet.
It looks like you paid our standard rate, if there was a discount you believe you qualified for I would be happy to discuss that with you.
