Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. An adult 18 years or older must assume all liability for the room. With the proximity to the train station, train sounds can be heard 24 hours a day at this property. Daily housekeeping services are not included and are available at an additional cost. The resort will be undergoing renovations from Jan. 6, 2025 - Mar. 29, 2025. During this time, a soft good renovation and a full renovation of units will take place. Additionally, you may experience noise, dust, odors, scaffolding around the building and work crews onsite. Dates are subject to change.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
